These include Porters, Secretaries, Accountants, Maintenance Staff, Communication Officers, IT, Science & Art Technicians, Nurses, Gardeners, Painters, HR Advisers, to name a few. The Director of Wellbeing is a new position and reflects Brentwood School’s aspiration to deliver the best possible provision for pupil and staff emotional health and wellbeing.
The successful candidate will lead the school’s Wellbeing Strategy and have the vision, energy and creativity to develop successfully this exciting whole school role. He/she will have experience at Middle Leadership level either in pastoral care or an academic department and be seeking to take on greater responsibility in a thriving independent day/boarding school community.
